Nourished Roots Health Coaching
During our signature 3-month holistic health Nourished Roots Health Coaching program, you will learn to listen to your body, eat in a way that nourishes you, and stop letting intrusive thoughts keep you from reaching your goals. Through learning how to build a gut-friendly plate, regulating your nervous system, and adjusting your mindset, you will design a balanced, happy life that works for you.

Nourish Check
This one-time 90-minute session is meant to provide you with a quick assessment of your current health and offer personalized recommendations for moving your toward your health goals. After reviewing your current diet and lifestyle habits, you will set realistic health goals, pinpoint areas of potential growth, and set action plans for achieving your ideal life of balance.

Nourished Breath Guided Breathwork
In Nourished Breath, 30-minute breathwork sessions are designed to help you rest, relax, and recover. By better understanding how your breath impacts your health and how you can heal through proper breathing, you will gain control over your stress response and develop tools to help you reduce overall feelings of stress and anxiety.

You know your body better than anyone else, you know what feels good and what feels bad. Every body is different; it’s time to discover what works for you.
Accountability
You are the author of your own health journey; I’m the guide to help you pinpoint what works for you and create a sustainable plan to reach your health goals. Working with a coach provides you with a structured approach and a built in road map to track accountability. Even when you encounter roadblocks, I’ll be with you, offering support, providing tools, and suggesting recommendations.
Sustainable Change
Healing can take time. This isn't a quick fix to feeling better. Our health behaviors and thoughts are intimately intertwined with our past, often creating strong emotional connections around food. Through pattern breaking, habit stacking, and empowering you with simple, actionale tools, you will learn how to design a balanced life that works for you.
