Hey, I’m Jennie — Your Guide to Nervous System Regulation & Inner Balance!
For years, I felt like I was at the mercy of my emotions—swinging from one feeling to the next, constantly searching for something outside of me to make things feel right inside.
If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, racing thoughts, or self-doubt, I see you. And I want you to know: you’re already okay as you are.
It wasn’t until I started learning about my nervous system, practicing somatic exercises, and connecting with my breath, that I was finally able to control my emotions, build my resilience, and reduce my anxiety.
Utilizing my own experience, along with my decade-long career as a Master’s in Public Health researcher, Certificate in Integrative Nutrition, and Breathwork Coach, I’ve combined science-backed strategies, holistic practices, and somatic exercises to guide you toward balance, nervous system regulation, and greater well-being.
My mission is to help you break free from the cycle of stress by teaching you practical tools that are already within you. I believe healing doesn’t have to be complicated or feel like another thing on your to-do list. With the right approach, you can regulate your nervous system, feel more at ease in your body, and step into your fullest potential — at work, in relationships, and in everyday life. You will connect back to the root of who you are in order to achieve your health goals, whatever they may be.

You know your body better than anyone else - you know what feels good and what feels bad. While other programs are one-size fits all, Nourished Roots Wellness takes into consideration your real life experiences, existing routines, personal health goals, beliefs, and needs while also taking into account your background, attitudes, and assumptions. Every body is different; it’s time to discover what works for you.
Accountability
You are the author of your own health journey; I’m the guide to help you pinpoint what works for you and create a sustainable plan to help you reach your health goals. Working with a coach provides you with a structured approach and a built in road map to track accountability. Even when you encounter roadblocks, I’ll be with you, offering support, providing tools, and suggesting recommendations.
Sustainable change
Our health behaviors and thoughts are intimately intertwined with our past, often creating strong emotional connections around food, exercise, and our beliefs in what we can and cant do about either. Through pattern breaking, habit stacking, and empowering you with simple, actionable tools, you will learn how to design a balanced life that works for your daily life.
