Hi, I’m Jennie!

As a Certified Integrative Health Coach (IIN), Master’s of Public Health (MPH), and Performance Breathing Coach (XPT), I focus on providing you with tools to enhance your health and design a life that bring you balance, happiness, and ease.

Through teaching you how to build a gut-friendly plate, reframe your negative thoughts, and provide you with tools to nourish your body and mind, you will connect back to the root of who you are in order to achieve your health goals, whatever they may be.

I have combined my decade-long career as a public health researcher and my own journey of relieving anxiety through gut health and nervous system regulation to bring you a holistic health program that is scientifically-based and bioindividual. I am so excited to share with you all that I have learned along the way!

You know your body better than anyone else - you know what feels good and what feels bad. While other programs are one-size fits all, Nourished Roots Wellness takes into consideration your real life experiences, existing routines, personal health goals, beliefs, and needs while also taking into account your background, attitudes, and assumptions. Every body is different; it’s time to discover what works for you.

Accountability

You are the author of your own health journey; I’m the guide to help you pinpoint what works for you and create a sustainable plan to help you reach your health goals. Working with a coach provides you with a structured approach and a built in road map to track accountability. Even when you encounter roadblocks, I’ll be with you, offering support, providing tools, and suggesting recommendations.

Sustainable change

Our health behaviors and thoughts are intimately intertwined with our past, often creating strong emotional connections around food, exercise, and our beliefs in what we can and cant do about either. Through pattern breaking, habit stacking, and empowering you with simple, actionable tools, you will learn how to design a balanced life that works for your daily life.
