While other programs are one-size fits all, Nourished Roots Wellness takes into consideration your real life experiences, existing routines, personal health goals, beliefs, and needs while also taking into account your background, attitudes, and assumptions. Every body is different; it’s time to discover what works for you.
Accountability
You are the author of your own health journey; I’m the guide to help you pinpoint what works for you and create a sustainable plan to help you reach your health goals. Working with a coach provides you with a structured approach and a built in road map to track accountability. Even when you encounter roadblocks, I’ll be with you, offering support, providing tools, and suggesting recommendations.
Sustainable change
Our health behaviors and thoughts are intimately intertwined with our past, often creating strong emotional connections around food, exercise, and our beliefs in what we can and cant do about either. Through pattern breaking, habit stacking, and empowering you with simple, actionable tools, you will learn how to design a balanced life that works for your daily life.
