Through learning how to build a gut-friendly plate, regulating your nervous system, and adjusting your mindset, you will design a balanced, happy life that works for you.

This one-time 90-minute session is meant to provide you with a quick assessment of your current health and offer personalized recommendations for moving your toward your health goals. After reviewing your current diet and lifestyle habits, you will set realistic health goals, pinpoint areas of potential growth, and set action plans for achieving your ideal life of balance.

Nourished Breath Guided Breathwork
In Nourished Breath, 30-minute breathwork sessions are designed to help you rest, relax, and recover. By better understanding how your breath impacts your health and how you can heal through proper breathing, you will gain control over your stress response and develop tools to help you reduce overall feelings of stress and anxiety.
