Nourished Breath is your custom breathwork program designed to help you rest, relax, and recover.
Each 30-60 minute session you will be guided through a series of different breathing techniques that help you to relax the nervous system and foster healing. By better understanding how your breath impacts your health, you will utilize proper breathing for health, recovery, performance, and ultimately gain control over your stress response.

Breathing helps shift the brain from stress to relax by triggering the body’s natural relaxation response. Controlled breathing facilitates this shift. When you understand how the breath impacts your nervous system, you gain the control to shift between stress and relaxation.

Sessions are scheduled at either 30- or 60-minute sessions.
Each session includes:
1) Personalized guided breathwork session
2) Breathing technique to practice between sessions
Each 60-minute session also includes:
1) Pre-session check in to discuss what’s been coming up for you and what you’d like to focus on
2) Post-session integration for you to discuss your experience and provide you time to ask any questions.
3) Journal prompt to guide post-session reflection

All sessions are conducted online and scheduled weekly. This is meant to keep you accountable to your practice.
